Phi Longevity, established 2023

Our story

Why we built Phi Longevity PRISM

It started with a question.

In early 2023, Steve wrote down the idea for Phi Longevity. It came from a question many people ask once they see more than one doctor: why is it so hard to take care of yourself when the people caring for you never talk to each other? Care split into silos, with practitioners who work apart and never compare notes, is the problem we set out to solve.

So we tried a different way.

In 2023 we formed Phi Longevity. We brought together a small team of physicians, naturopathic doctors and a strength coach, along with the two of us. In 2024 we ran a small pilot, and it began and ended that year. It taught us a great deal.

What we learned.

The care was only half of it. The other half was coordination. Everyone on the team needed the same complete, current picture of each person: labs, medications, notes and history. We kept that picture together by hand, and we could only do it because we were in the middle of it. It did not scale.

We also saw people become their own care coordinators. They carried folders between visits and told their story again to each new doctor.

So we built Phi Longevity PRISM.

Phi Longevity PRISM does with software what our team did by hand. You connect MyChart or upload your files, and it brings your records together into one page for your doctors, a one-page, guideline-cited Care Team Brief. You choose who sees it.

Where we are now.

Phi Longevity is a software product, and it is free to start at philongevity.com. There are no in-person programs today. The pilot ended in 2024. If you read our July 2024 launch announcement, that describes where we were then.

We are a small founding team based in Colorado, and we would like to hear what would make Phi Longevity PRISM better for you.

A note from each of us

This began with a question about my own care: why is it so hard when your doctors never talk to each other? Phi Longevity PRISM is our answer. I would like to hear what would make it better for you.

I care about how this feels to use, not only what it does. We want you to be able to hand one clear page to any doctor. If something is confusing, please tell us.
