1. About the Service
Phi Longevity provides a health data intelligence platform that helps individuals organize, analyze, and understand their personal health information (“Service”). The Service is operated by Phi Longevity, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
2. ⚠️ Not Medical Advice — Please Read This
This is important. Read it.
Phi Longevity is an information and data analysis tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not constitute a patient-provider relationship.
The reports, recommendations, insights, and analysis generated by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on patterns in your data and published research literature. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

- • Make treatment decisions
- • Replace, delay, or modify care from a licensed healthcare provider
- • Decide whether to take or stop taking any medication
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

5. Your Data — You Own It
You retain full ownership of all health data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant Phi Longevity a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and analyze that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not claim any ownership over your health data, documents, or the insights we generate from them. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phi Longevity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that the analysis or recommendations will be accurate; or that the Service will meet your specific health needs.
Health data analysis involves inherent uncertainty. Your results may be affected by data quality, completeness, and individual variation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Phi Longevity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, or profits; health outcomes resulting from reliance on the Service; or damages arising from your failure to consult a healthcare professional.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Phi Longevity and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party’s rights, or health decisions you make based on information from the Service.
13. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (wearable apps, lab portals, etc.). These integrations are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
14. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid subscribers. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you don’t agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact us at support@philongevity.com to seek an informal resolution. If we can’t resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, both parties agree to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
