WHOOP + Phi Longevity
WHOOP recovery, sleep, and HRV data powers your daily Phi Score update — giving you a living health picture instead of a periodic snapshot.

How the Integration Works
Connect
User taps Connect WHOOP in the Phi dashboard. OAuth 2.0 authorization — the same standard used by major health platforms. Phi requests read-only scopes: recovery, sleep, cycles, profile.
Daily Sync
Every morning at 7 AM, Phi pulls the previous night's WHOOP data. Recovery score, HRV (RMSSD), resting heart rate, SpO₂, sleep stages (deep, REM, light), and strain.
Score Update
WHOOP metrics feed into the user's Phi Score. HRV and recovery inform the Cardiovascular and Hormonal pillars. Sleep architecture informs the Mind & Sleep pillar. Anomaly detection flags significant deviations.

What Phi Does With WHOOP Data
Phi does not just display WHOOP data — it detects clinically meaningful patterns and surfaces them as alerts.
Your HRV dropped 24% below your 30-day average. This often precedes illness or indicates elevated stress. Phi recommends prioritizing recovery for the next 3–5 days.
7-day average deep sleep: 11% (target 15%). Reduced deep sleep impairs glucose metabolism and cellular repair. Phi flagged this pattern after 4 consecutive nights.
