MCP Server or ChatGPT App for Health Records: What Is Live

October 12, 2026·5 min read

By Phi Longevity

Phi Longevity PRISM has a public MCP server for AI assistants. It works today with made-up or de-identified values, and it never reads a real person's records. Two directory submissions are in review. This page says only what is true on October 12, 2026.

What MCP is

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is described on its own site as an open-source standard for connecting AI applications to external systems. It lets an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT call tools and read data from a server.

What is live today

  1. A public MCP server at philongevity.com/mcp. An assistant can send made-up or de-identified lab values and get back guideline-cited suggestions and questions to take to a care team. It also offers a sample report and a short way to explain to a person how to get started.
  2. A signed agent card at philongevity.com/.well-known/agent-card.json, which describes the agent, its skills and where to send a real person.
  3. A page for assistants at philongevity.com/for-agents, with how to connect.

What is in review

  • Claude connector. Submitted on September 24, 2026, and in review as of October 12, 2026.
  • OpenAI plugin. Version 1.0.3, submitted for review, in review as of October 12, 2026.

Neither is approved, so you cannot yet find Phi Longevity PRISM in either company's directory. Do not rely on a listing until you see one.

What is not live

  • Real patient data through an agent. Our public MCP interface accepts made-up or de-identified values only. Never send names, birth dates, record numbers or documents through it.
  • An assistant reading your MyChart records through us.
  • A connector or app inside ChatGPT or Claude that works with your own records.

If you are a person with records

The route that works today is your own account. You connect MyChart at participating Epic health systems or upload your lab reports at philongevity.com, and Phi Longevity PRISM builds a one-page Care Team Brief that you can print or save as a PDF. If you were sent here by an assistant, you can start below. For help deciding whether to put records into an assistant, see using MyChart records with ChatGPT or Claude. How we handle data is on our trust page.

What to do with the files

If you have lab reports or a MyChart account, use your own account instead of pasting them into an assistant. See how it works and downloading lab results from MyChart.

What Phi Longevity PRISM does not do

It does not diagnose, and it does not replace your doctor. The public MCP server is for made-up or de-identified values and for developers who want to see the product work. It is not a way for an assistant to read a real person's records, and it does not decide what a result means for anyone.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an MCP server for health records?

Phi Longevity PRISM has a public MCP server at philongevity.com/mcp that takes made-up or de-identified lab values and returns guideline-cited suggestions and questions for a care team. It does not read real patient records. A real person's records are analyzed only inside their own account at philongevity.com, after they connect MyChart or upload files themselves.

Is Phi Longevity available as a connector in Claude or an app in ChatGPT?

Not yet. Our Claude connector was submitted on September 24, 2026 and our OpenAI plugin, version 1.0.3, is also submitted. Both are in review as of October 12, 2026. We will update this page when either is approved.

Can an AI assistant read my MyChart records through Phi Longevity?

No. Today an assistant cannot read your real records through us. If you want a Care Team Brief from your records, you connect MyChart or upload your lab reports in your own account at philongevity.com. HHS says your provider generally cannot refuse to send your records to an app you chose, so that choice is yours to make with the privacy terms in front of you.
